Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that are not defective, including cases where the customer ordered the wrong size or color. For items lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be offered.
